I'M HOOKED! This has been one of the BEST purchases I've made in a very long time. It's worth every dollar :-) Meta Quest VR3 - I haven't worked out like this and enjoyed it since I was in my teens... Now, at 53, it has taken cardio to another LEVEL.

Great tips! Can you make a video where a coach does a whole workout or at least a few songs, I would love to see more videos on form. Especially on complex patterns. Thank you!

Agreed...i don't really know what to do with legs. And what to do with upright triangles...i am already standing upright -- so I feel that maybe I should be doing something I'm not.

People say oh its just a copy of beat saber. But its different with the follow through and tails on the targets. Those make it more fun for me

I've been playing supernatural almost daily for three months and never scored over 90% on power. I had no idea the targets changed color when you hit with power! Just tried the tips and go 97%!

It would be great to see more of an effect for successful "Power" hit--I don't see that shockwave at all. I tend to play a lot of Hard maps, so I don't get a chance to look closely at much! :)

I’d love some guidance on the high intensity flows with double strikes super close together. I find it impossible to keep my arms straight when going from one to the next. How do you increase power on those?

Make a video about hand position, please. For overhead targets, I can effectively backhand them, or I can turn the hand over. Same for side targets, whack it with the side of the bat or rotate the hand 90- degrees and whack it with the front? And, it seems like some of this depends on sequence.

I know this is an old video... but I'd also like to see a demonstration on hand position. I've been doing SN for about 2 months now (love it!) and am now dealing with repetitive use shoulder issues. I think a lot of my problem is form--hand position and maybe reaching too far above? No issues from box, but flow tweaks my shoulders. It'd be nice to know what not to do to prevent injury.

Is there a plan to implement multiplayer in the future? My husband and I both have VR and we play Supernatural together side by side, but I wish there was a multiplayer mode so that we could motivate each other during the workouts.

It's really helpful to see the coaches do these workouts. I'm having difficulty finding the rhythm of these swings and how they connect with each other. A longer video on this would be very helpful. In fact, I'd really like to see a function in Supernatural where I can watch the coach do the workout first so that I can copy the swings and the form. Otherwise I'm always worrying that my form is off and I'm liable to pull something.

I use this to lose weight. I went from 188 to 162 just taking a probiotic and using supernatural 😅. Um I was wondering if y'all could do a proper form video for engaging your abs. I have not figured out how to do this and I really want the abolishious workouts to work my abs. I was in a car accident a few years back and sustained 2 herniated disks in my spine. My core is weak. I can't lift more than 15lbs. I'm trying to work my and without pressure on my low back

They seem to be for lunges, though for me, I have bad knees and will sometimes just lean a bit

I would love to see a video on how to spice up the flow workouts. For example, try pulse squats where there is a break in the song or add arm circles :) I already do some of these like extended lunges throughout the songs haha but it would be cool to see them executed by the experts

I wrote to the company today that has 7 areas of potential improvement. One big one is the tracking capabilities. Another is song selection and the ability to a quick preview of the tracks prior to entering the work out WITHOUT the need to go to spotify and that mess.

How on earth can you do all that long swings when you’re at medium and high impact sessions. It’s not possible. The targets are coming too fast and bunched together. Should I just use the low impact sessions for long powerful swings? I find that I’m flicking my arms when I’m doing a high impact session. Otherwise there’s no way that I could strike the majority of the targets. No waaaaaaay! Anyone else having this problem too?

I use Supernatural daily and LOVE IT! My question is on the two different kind of shatters. I notice sometime when I hit a target, it's incinerates into ashes and other times it breaks into pieces. Which one indicates more power???

@@Crecross I know this is an old comment but I'm still going to give my two cents. I have both Beat Saber and Supernatural, and the problem with Beat Saber is if I'm trying to challenge myself and go up in difficulty and I miss a couple of targets in too short of a time, it just shuts down and I've failed. It's so obnoxious. Supernatural doesn't do that, it lets you catch up and get back on track, which is better for fitness. Also, I can't box with Beat Saber that I know of. They both have their merits. No need to come and troll a fan page.

can you guys address core? I keep hearing the trainers speak about "your core should be tight", "your core should be burning", and i really try, but perhaps doing it wrong.

Thanks for the tips. I'd love more info on when more of a punch type motion is good. Some workouts say to do an 'uppercut' especially coming out of a squat. When and how should we do different kinds of upper body?

what is the cue for doing a leg lift in your medium workout; I heard you saying lift but didn't see the cue or know which side to lift.

Stephen, a leg lift comes when you're moving from a wide squat or a lunge into a narrow triangle. You lift your leg to fit both feet in the narrow triangle.

When the targets start moving to the left or right then end up behind you are you only supposed to be moving your upper torso or are your feet supposed to be that direction as well? Basically am I supposed to be doing a 180 or 360 more high intensity ones?

Starting at easier levels helps with that. If you're having a hard time hitting the targets it means your hand eye coordination isn't up to par yet with the difficulty. So starting at a lower difficulty until you've mastered that and then doing the higher more complex ones will help you there.

I've been looking into getting this system. The Oculas and supernatural. But crap, $400 for the Oculas and $20 per month? It's hard to justify, in my opinion. It's risky since I have heard that the system can make you dizzy, sick to your stomach, etc.... how do you overcome that?

Angela, I am new to the Quest and I can tell you what I did to ease into it. Try downloading games or apps that have a "comfortable" rating. Starting out with those can get you used to VR. Once I got comfortable after a couple of days, I got the Supernatural app. I haven't felt sick yet, but I do feel a little disoriented in the transitions to different places. So what I do for that is to look down through the nose area of the mask because I can see the real world ground that way and that re-orients my brain in my actual space. Then I can look at the screen and feel ok. I also keep a rug under my feet when using the Oculus so that I can feel if I'm moving off of it onto the floor, this also helps me feel rooted. If you feel sick to your stomach at any point, just stop and try again the next day, don't push it. I've heard it can be akin to getting your "sea legs". You'll eventually get used to the feeling and train your brain to be comfortable in VR. Having a fan blowing directly on your face can help as well. I was expecting to get motion sick when I got the Quest, but using these few things, I haven't felt sick at all.

New workouts mean a playlist of songs made 40 years ago. Bugs happen on the regular. And hands down the rudest customer service that I've dealt with. I'd say pass and go with something that actually has people willing to IMPROVE their quality and not just demand the customer base pay a premium price for mediocre service.

@@angelasmith6526 It’s more than just a workout device, my whole family uses it for other games too, not only are they playing “video games” but instead of sitting on their butts while they are doing it, they are up and moving and at least getting some exercise while they are having their video time. For me, it was worth it.
