@@rickycameron6586 Properly done Chinese Iron Body conditioning, is the most advanced, and more brutal of all methods. Most of my conditioning was on Sandbags, mounted to a solid wall. However, I also had a metal pipe, that I stuck and kicked (with hard leather bottomed shoes on). What Im not seeing here, is the proper deep breathing method... which develops the body much differently: The tissues will be able to hold more blood, and they sort of expand like an Erection. This forms a sort of Hydraulic Shielding effect. It also makes your impacts much stronger. As anyone knows, you cant compress liquids (blood). For one of my Demos, I chop my own throat about 7 times in a row... as fast and hard as possible. No choking, nor any bruises.
@johndough8115
@johndough8115 Жыл бұрын
@@rickycameron6586 Also, they didnt show it here... but Chinese also use a special herbal solution called "Dit Da Jow", which is Critical to proper Chinese Iron Body conditioning. A few drops of the stuff, and any Injury that is inflamed / Raised (Bumps) / painful "reddened" tissues.. will completely vanish in less than 5 minutes of application. There is Nothing else like it. When you apply the Jow before and after your conditioning session.. it speeds up your bloodflow in the area, and prevents injuries from occurring... and greatly speeds up the healing and rebuilding process. The tissues and bones build back faster, and with far greater Density. Interestingly enough... with most of it...the skin doesnt become very Rough, like with other forms of training. The herbal solution helps increase the skins stretchy qualities... kind of making it more leathery.

Punching a bag of sand for fist, but this is for the fore arms and lower legs. Different equipment for different parts of the body.
@johndough8115
@johndough8115 Жыл бұрын
@@TheAnsonysc Traditionally the Sandbags are mostly used for: Fist (knuckles), Chops, Finger Strikes, Leopard Strikes (middle knuckles), ridge-hands, wristbone, forearm, backhands, backfists, open palms, and the elbow point. Not just the Fist. I had my traditional wall mounted bag, a bag laying on a table, and a special free-hanging sandbag. The free hanging bag was made from several sets of wrist weights (filled with sand). I Duct taped two wrist weights tightly together. There were maybe four of these (so, 8 weights in total). I stuffed them into the pant legs of some old jeans that no longer fit me. I used two layers, to make sure it was strong enough. Tied the bottom and top, and hung it from a chain. Then, I wrapped the entire thing TIGHTLY with Duct tape. This made the thing Hard as a rock (virtually no give at all). Even the lightest tap from your shin bone... would be very painful. Most of my sandbags were Packed full with Coarse Grain beach sand. However, I also had a free-hanging Iron Fist bag... that was filled with about 15 to 20 lbs worth of Steel BBs. (it was about 7" in diameter, in its widest center diameter, and quite expensive to fill that much). One of my former teachers, had sandbags that were filled with some alternative materials. I think it may have been finely ground metal powder.

@@johndough8115 Awesome friend. Sand bags work for me.
@johndough8115
@johndough8115 Жыл бұрын
@@donmorfeo Thanks. A word of caution that I didnt mention in previous post... Never use "Play Sand" , that is typically sold in hardware stores. That sand is way too Fine, and will create clouds of fine sand dust in the air... that can stay in the air for many hours. If you breath that in enough, you can develop a special type of lung cancer, later in life. You want to use Coarse Grain Beach sand. Dig down 6 or so inches into beach sand, and place a metal screen over the top of a bucket. The screen will filter out things like garbage, twigs, and rocks. The moist sand will have to be dried. You can spread it out on a tarp, and allow it to bake in the sun. Speed-Heat it in an oven. Or in my case.. left it in the hot sun, or hot garage, stirring it around every day... until its fully dried. Always use a Chinese canvas sandbag. They are pretty cheap. For best hanging results.. get the ones with the D-Rings on top. The ones that have Rivets, tend to fail (the Rivets come loose.. but the bag is still functional). Personally, I prefer raw Canvas, instead of Leather coated bags. Leather / Pleather.. does not conform to the shape of the fist good enough, and there is less frictional forces... thus there will be far less conditioning as a result. Finally, the use of a good Chinese Herbal "Dit Da Jow" is key to high level results. Apply before and after training. All you need is a few drops worth... and massage it into the tissue.
@johndough8115
@johndough8115 Жыл бұрын
The metal pipes work, is used after you fully master the sandbags. When you can barely feel anything from hitting them. I made a kick dummy from three 4" diameter metal pipes, that were about 7ft tall. Id put on hard leather bottomed shoes, and kick them with the heel+instep. Fast and hard as possible. Four sets of 15 minutes (nonstop). Two sets from the Rear leg positions, and two sets from the short-range LEAD leg positions. I did this every other day, for like 3 consecutive months solid. I also used Impact-Grinding. This is naturally occurring when two peoples forearms clash... when you are both punching towards each other. However... you can do this on your own.. with a metal pipe (preferably with a vertical orientation). You punch a little to the left or right of the pipes edge... so that the sides of your arms, grind into the metal as it travels forwards. You can do this to all sides of your arm. Before I made my kick dummy, I heel kicked a large diameter tree (while wearing hard leather bottomed dress shoes on). Of course, my training, was hardcore.. for Lethal level responses. This level of ability, is not for messing around with. Not for being a punk/bully. And have to be extremely careful in sparring... vastly reducing your impacts, to prevent serious injuries to the OPs.
