"Your time starts when you're correctly wearing your helmet." So the massive loophole here which nobody realized is that they could have just picked up the second part of the helmet, gone and found the soldier normally, then put on the second part and immediately thrown the paint on him. Their time would be like 2 seconds and it wouldn't have broken any rules of the task as it was stated.

It also never said you failed the task if you ever failed to wear your helmet properly (i.e., immediately took it back off once time started.)

@@chewyguru But once it is on properly, the soldier does start... would he stop if, after Alex started the timer, you were to remove the camera/blindfold? I think, the way the task is worded, he ought not.

That may be why the soldier was wearing camo. If somebody tried to find the soldier before putting the rest of their helmet on, then the soldier can go hide.

Morgana has definitely watched the show. I bet Alex had a VT set up to accuse her of looking, probably a face cam inside the viewer tracking her eye movements or something else. Her confession clearly caught him off guard, and her "dont blame the horse" comment definitely turned the script around on him.

@@FT029 Yes its would be very disorienting. When you normally walk backwards you turn your head to look behind. but in this case you're looking forward but seeing backwards. For people who've walked backwards, or skate backwards, than its quite difficult to adjust quickly to keeping your head forward but telling your body to move backwards. Like most of us could jog slightly backwards no issue. but its training your head to keep looking forward. I still think the best way to do this challenge would've been to just not put on the helmet until you found the soldier XD

Did morgana cheat? Yes. Does it matter? No. If it mattered, they would be getting actors/average joes to compete, not comedians. Half the appeal of the show is watching comedians figure out how to sham out of the task. Al Murry paid Alex to do a task for him. Rhod Gilbert painted a sign on an EXISTING building and called it an extension. Sarah Pascoe bought a camera-man's sweat. Some of the most entertaining bits of the show have been comedians cheating out of the work.

Morgana earned the win regardless. Being able to see behind themselves and getting distracted by the walkie-talkies was what confused everyone else, Morgana just had the confidence to rush through quickly without thinking too much, so she would've won anyway like Alex said. I myself had the same idea, I would've closed my eyes and just started walking towards the sound, ignoring the things there meant to throw me off.

Query, what they put over their eyes was a screen mask, which is separate from the helmet as there is no direct connection. Coms between camera and mask was signal via air. Not a direct connection so putting the mask on was not part of the Helmet. That is how I saw that.
