I'm a west coast stripped bass fisherwoman. I'm 67 years old , fished since I was a kid . Firefighter for 13 years and both wrist are now shot to hell. So I get to the beach , put my Calissa Nuclear Pink lure on my rod , strap a wrist splint on each arm and start hurling my lure out to sea . I'm in heaven ! Get water down my chest wadders...don't care ..gotta catch that stripper . Nothing else matters !

Theres no floral pattern neck gaiters n soft teal shirts in this gig. Its battle. Cold, wet, tired, hungry....Good. Youre doing it right, keep casting. Real men are in the surf.

Great video. I love to surf fish for stripers too but this one day I was in my kayak after a 40 plus inch striper when I hooked a great white shark.
