Welcome back to another delicous fish recipe and we have many more coming this year, Today I have for you a delicous striper bass spring roll to bring in spring properly. We made a spicy, sweet, tangy and delicious dipping sauce. We were out using Trolling techiques to land fish after fish and we hooked into a few that we were able to bring home for another amazing recipe I had to share with you all.
Spring Roll Recipe Ingredients:
Fried Striper Bass Fish:
1 large striper bass
1 Cilantro bunch
1 Vietnamese mint bunch
1 Perilla leaf bunch
1 package of noodles
1 Peanuts roasted
1-2 Large shallot
1 Green onion bunch
1/2 Garlic bulb
1 Cucumber large
3-5 Tbsp Maggy Seasoning
2 Tbsp honey
1 Rice Paper
Clear cooking oil
Corn Starch
Dipping Sauce:
1 Carrot
1/2 Garlic bulb
4-6 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup water
1-2 Limes
Pickled Daikon and Corrots:
4-6 Tbsp sugar
1-2 Tbsp fish sauce
Vinegar enough to cover the amount your making
