Great vids bro! I see that spot every time I hit up Rio Vista towards I-160. Not sure if you can fish there overnight that's why I didn't bother to go to that place. When was the last time u hit up that river? This cold weather seems slow still for stripers.

Was there about 4 weeks, 1 keeper, and like 5 undersized. 2 weeks ago 1 keeper and a few nibbles. Then yesterday for a few hours but no luck. Missed one good bite that was it. The water is too dirty and moving fast atm. Reel in every 20 min with so much grass on it. Maybe wait till water clears up a bit. But the striper should be running good there toward end of month.

@@sanmansfishingadventure I’m glad to see that still productive in that spot compared to Sac right now. I’ve seen people catching good sizes at Deep Water Channel using Mudsuckers and bloodworms. Someone even caught a 53” Sturgeon.

Two. If you bought the second rod tag. But once you go closer toward the bay, certain areas you can't you 2poles. Please check regulations. I don't fish that far up so I'm not too sure where at.

Incoming. I've seen some 35 to 40 incher caught out there. But my biggest one was about 27 inches on jerkbait last year

@charlesuhl7430 blood worm and pile of you can afford it. They are too expensive😪 sardine gets bites too. I can't afford blood worm anymore. Fishing is getting expensive😂. Give it a week or two for water to clear out. Then lures like jerkbait, swimbait and to water should start biting too

@EjNavarro-rn1xc majority of big ones are in the ocean. But there's always some fish in the system. And fall run should be coming up soon. They'll be bait fish. Majority of striper boil in the delta is in August through Oct. I think personally think this time of year there's more big ones, besides late spring. Time for me to pull out the big swim baits and glide baits

Barge canal/ deep water channel. That place got Bass, striper, bluegill, catfish. Or that spot in fishing at in the video. It's called hogback island. It's about 45 min away.
