Yeh it’ll get sorted mate, won’t be for a while though, I’d rather put the money into the quattscort if I’m honest, the van can stay covered up out the way for a bit now while I concentrate on the other projects

Lots of work Terry ! Pisser about that head man such a tiny little crack but you just can’t rebuild an engine knowing that’s there it’s gonna fail so at least you know you don’t have to worry about that …just the expense..better tell the wife you won the new one in a raffle 😂 these things are sent to try us dude but the cars gonna be real special when it’s done👍

Whole lot of work and money unfortunately, it’ll teach me for not keeping my eye on the oil level’s though lol to be fair, my wife’s pretty good with me and my car addiction, she just lets me get on with it really, she’s definitely a keeper haha

ouch!, bet you check the oil daily when this is all sorted... are these heads known to crack with a turbo nailed on, or are you just an unlucky guy? shell looking good, good progress made, will look good in primer soon keep up the excellent work young man

Oh 100%, I won’t use it ever again unless I check the oil level first, definitely a costly mistake that! Doh lol I’m not sure if these heads cracking is a thing or not to be honest, it’s probably just mine kicking me while I’m down 😂

Hiya mate, il be keeping the pistons and reusing them now, the rods will be getting changed though but il keep hold of these ones and dish them out with merch orders if I ever do merch down the line…

What pistons you running mate looking to turbo mine can you send some details, please like turbo manifolds and all internals and management system cheers

Iv got JE pistons currently, standard rs2000 cams, steel h beam rods, piped uprated valve springs, knife edges and balanced crank, custom inlet manifold with 1000cc injectors and 90mm skunk2 throttle body, modified sr20 Nissan exhaust manifold, gt2871r turbo, 3” turbo back exhaust system, emerald k3 ecu. Most of the above il hopefully be changing, custom cams, ported head, bigger turbo, new management, new pistons and rods etc, I just need to get the money together now to actually buy it all lol

The car round the corner behind mine? That’s a Toyota starlet kp61 I believe that Jon’s building for he’s friend for stock car racing, hopefully that’ll be done and gone soon 🤞🏻
