Explanation for those who do not speak French. "Riez" which is "laugh" should be understood as "laugh at me" or "keep laughing at me". This is what the four characters who have very different social and economic situations say, but who have one thing in common: they have dreams. The first one is a young artist who dreams of becoming famous and sleeping in the great palaces of the world. The second one is a modest employee who dreams of a big house with a pool and money. The third one is a more modest man who just dreams of a house with a small garden. The last one is a refugee, he doesn't have a house, he doesn't know where to sleep, he doesn't dream of a house, his dream is to have something to eat every day. I just wanted to add that the first THREE people are united by having a dream. And the fourth one, the refugee, he only wants to have a place to live and some food to eat every day. Alors j’croyais que Solassitude était le titre l’plus lourd de l’album, mais après avoir écouté Riez, j’me suis rendue compte que Stromae ne cesserait pas de défier l’intelligence artistique💪💪. Une légende !

La meilleure de l'album pour moi, tellement de sentiments possibles. Pour moi ca évoque l'histoire d'un jeune pour qui les rêves évoluent au fur a mesure que sa vie s'écoule et qu'il se rend compte que le bonheur ce n'est pas la richesse ou la gloire. (Soit parcequ'il a atteint les rêves précédents et qu'il n'est toujours pas heureux et aspire a une vie plus simple soit par ce qu'il revoit ses objectifs a la baisse pour s'auto convaincre que ce qu'il n'a pas réussi a atteindre n'est pas le bonheur). Le riez riez évoque le fait que qui que l'on soit quoi que l'on fasse il y aura toujours du monde pour rire de nous. Finalement la clé du bonheur ne sera toujours qu'en soi-même. Il ne faut pas se baser sur le regard des autres ou sur son statut social pour trouver le bonheur.

Quelle écriture...l'écouter vraiment avec ses instruments du monde et la profondeur de ses paroles. Sur celle-ci il a fait appel à un musicien utilisant le zurma ( rare)...incroyable...Riez ouai ouai riez car tout le monde cherche à avoir plus...ou se contenter d'un rien....et se demander si on peu enfin rèver en grand !!!
