What a great workout. I really appreciate that you have separate splits work focusing on front vs. middle. I just discovered your channel and it is fastly becoming one of my favorite.

Happily, just found your channel.This was a great cool down/stretch post workout- thanks! I started adult ballet classes recently after 30 years from when I danced as a child, so I will be combing through your videos, so grateful. However I did find the title of this video misleading, it really should have the word "yoga" in there somewhere, its basically hatha yoga, not pilates or ballet. (Just sayin'), but I love yoga too, so my body is feeling fabulous thanks again.

Thank you so much, I am happy you liked this routine ;). You are right this has a lot of yoga in it, however most of these stretches were also the ones I learned, when I did aesthetic gymnastic and in the floorbarre classes I've taken. I find a lot of training forms overlap these days. I am happy you found my channel :).
