corrections, Hirako is pure human. the fatality ranking isn't acquired to investigator but their classes and ranks, for example first class is capable of rank A ghouls and below. theortically. now for the placements. I think Nishiki shouldn't be any lower than Shirazu or even Tsukiyama, Haise Sasaki at that point has already received a good training from Akira Arima and maybe even Juuzou, and many higher rank investigators praise him for who is, also Nishiki was subjected by Hirako squad and Hirako has proved his skills along with many special class investigators against so many strong Ghouls, I think this is an underestimation for Nishki. it is true that both Ayato and Touka has developed more of their abilities as they grew, but I don't think this would cover the gap in power between then and Jason, first of all if we assume that Touka and Ayato inhereted their Kagune from their mother, I believe Juuzou's Quinque has more power than Arima's, according to the CCG chief researcher, reaper Jason has like 5000 rc rate that is just too strong, but tbf both cut down through Owl's Kakuja. but here's the thing Kaneki struggled more against Jason than Ayato, Jason has rang havoc and fear to the CCG more than demon Yamada (the one almost parallels Ayato), it was stated that most critical wards for CCG to look for were like maybe the 1st 2nd or 24th then 4th then 13th, the Jason one, and he wasn't an "active" Ghoul like Touka or Ayato. I think he's strong but unfortunately with much less screen time than many others. Hajime, Matsuire, Arata, Kanae, Urie, and Mutsuki are all desreved to be little higher imo. Hanbee should be way lower around Miza. Kuroiwa should much higher, according to his battle with both of Owl and Crown, he is on par with Juuzou if not higher. Shinohara was quite tough but human Amon is tougher, which I might consider him around Jason or Ayato. Noro might be stronger than Tatara or even any clown, it was stated that the most dangerous targets in CCG system that were Owl Shachi and then Noro as the third. Roma should be way lower, at least lower than Amon and Donato. and I'm not confident with Kurona placement. others might overlap each other, but for now it is quite fine.

The strength level in Tokyo Ghoul is a bit broken because indeed the ranks of some characters don't match their strength. For example, Roma that is SSS rank, but actually costs a maximum of S-SS rank. And I really didn't know how to logically place places in the top, taking into account the oddities in the strength of the characters. This also applies to Takizawa and Amon, who could possibly be higher than Manager Yoshimura, since they are half-ghouls with a developed kakuja mode. In general, I agree with your arguments. It is very difficult to make an objective list, since you need to understand the manga source very well, but I tried. Thanks for the feedback!

@@EvaSariel appreciate your effort and the will to dive into the work, and honestly I myself not even confident about the power and feats, Tokyo Ghoul is infamous for it messy fights and power information, I believe even Ishida has confess a little regarding that, but it was fun though imo. to see people bring the content back to life is really charming to me, it is one of my favourite and most inspiring work for me, I'm just glad there are people that still share and care about it, and as you said it could be little difficult for its chaotic nature but it still counts a score to me, I also admire your courage and will to invest your skill to keep up and produce a good quality, like the music selection, one dream I wish to achieve, best of luck and regard.
