Shitting on others won't raise you up, itll just make you incorrectly feel like you have company in your low place. It also makes you look bad. :/

Steroids has its ill-effects on women. They start looking masculine because of the increase of male hormones, their voice starts turning masculine as they also grow a manly Adams apple, and they start to develop facial and bodily hair and some even stop menstruating. I first met Nicole Bass around 1982 when I was a personal trainer at Natural Physique gym in NYC, downtown. I was always natural, never used any performance enhancing substances, yet won trophies and was extremely strong. Nicole worked the front desk, she was quite tall, about 6’2” and very beautiful. She was very dainty and feminine. She had a natural bust size that was 38EEE, in other words, she was quite lean but curvy, like a voluptuous supermodel. Her face was beautiful with delicate, petite features. But most of all, she was very shy and sweet, no ego or attitude. What happened with her was that Bob Fuchs, the owner, who was married to another woman at that time, saw Nicole as someone he could mold into what he called, “a female Arnold Schwarzenegger”. She wanted to build some muscle and become stronger but had no intention at all, of becoming manly. He started to give her the drugs and train her mercilessly. She never even had the chance to train without the drugs and just build up naturally, see how far she could get. Before long, Bob divorced his wife, who also used to work the front desk at the gym, and went after Nicole, marrying her. Fuchs used to point to me and reassure Nicole that she wouldn’t get much bigger than me, not to worry. But I was only 5’9” and 135 pounds natural, so that was a false comparison. Anyway, you see the final result here in this video. That man destroyed a stunningly beautiful and sweet girl, and he did it for money and because he was a weirdo who deep down probably hated women. Until the end she was kind and a gentle giant. She was exploited and turned into a circus freak, but she was born the opposite. I did see her in the later years, ran into her at a local Country Club, and shared the Gospel with her. I believe she turned to God at the end, not long after Howard Stern so cruelly abused her on his show. I’d even say he was the last strike that killed her, broke her heart. I will never let that prk off the hook for that. RIP Nicole, I knew who you really were, and are again, now forever. Amen.

I wanted to be a bodybuilder in the 80s, and I went as far as entering my first and last bodybuilding competition. The reason I didn't continue was because it was obvious that the "winner" was taking steroids. I wasn't about to do that for two reasons: 1. it's not worth ending up looking like an ugly muscle-bound woman; ugly, because they look like a mixture of a man and woman in the face; and 2. it's a form of cheating!!! And just like in "real Olympic sports", it should not be allowed! It's not fair that it is and on top of it, it is rewarded, as these competitions make them good money and reputation to earn them lucrative jobs. Whereas the Natural Bodybuilding circuits do not pay hardly anything, so a lot do not go that way because of it. Natural bodybuilders should be the ones rewarded, not these ugly cheaters!
@ritchietisdale28714 ай бұрын
It's not really cheating if the bodybuilders are competing against other bodybuilders doing the same thing in an open bodybuilding contest. It's an even playing field. But if the steroid bodybuilder was competing in a natural contest against natural bodybuilders, it would then be unfair and cheating.
