Not saying this to be an ass but just watch the clip of when he picks up the rice (he bends over) and then watch the clip of him picking up the lady and there’s no grunt and that’s because he used his legs. bmi for strongmen has been proven to be inaccurate. he's also 6'8. he doesnt need to lose 200 pounds of fat. If hes 250 he'll be thin, for someone his height. he might need to lose 50 pounds of fat, and he'll lose a lot of weight from muscle naturally once he gets older

Yeah all that meat ain't good for you. But I'm bulking on beans, wheat, spinach, fruit, and veggies. Aiming for 10,000 calories a day with 500g+ protein, with generous amounts of vinegar to shuttle all them cals towards the muscle and away from fat. ( Acetic acid has been proven to do this, which is what makes vinegar acidic ).
@jackhartcup8 жыл бұрын
thanks for that tip, heres one for you: soak and sprout your beans! This helps reduce the phytic acid and massively increases the bioavailability of other vitamins and nutrients too. google 'lentils nutrition' and then select the 'sproated' version to see what I mean.
@alexgewecke95768 жыл бұрын
jax_channel Yeah the beans thing didn't work out very well. I actually got weaker when I ate beans. Perhaps because of all the phytic acid and other inhibitory molecules. At any rate, I feel really, really good when I eat lots of fruit with some greens! Like, WAY better than before!
