Many of the cheerio varieties have a lot of added sugar so it's not particularly any more healthy than a kid's sugary cereal. Alex also makes it clear that he's avoiding any unnecessary additives so cheerios being a processed food is definitely going to contain stuff he doesn't want. For example: he specifically looked for nut butter with only nuts in the ingredients. Nothing else. No salt, no sugar, no oils, just nuts.

I think his hands are thicker because of the skin being thicker from all the rubbing against rocks, the muscles permitting to close fingers and move the hand around are in the forearm

Hankyu correct , climbers do have extra hand muscle though , my brother has a huge knot of muscle between his thumb and pointer finger . I used to until i stopped climbing . And Honnold is so much stronger than us !!!! He’s a beast

I LOVE that he reads the ingredients in peanut butter! It drives me crazy too. The entire *palm oil* industry is extremely harmful and unsustainable. It is a hassle looking for peanut butter that does not contain palm oil or other additional ingredients. Look for peanut butters that say "Ingredients: peanuts" or organic peanuts.

E.J. Craig basically the way it's produced, especially in places like Indonesia, is unsustainable and harmful to the environment and wildlife. Many species of animals, like the orangutan, die from the toxic smoke of deforestation.

Not only that. In Borneo, over 40% of the rainforests are harvasted (burned in intentionally burned fires) to make space for plantations palm trees. There are hundreds of miles of plantations. Palm trees dry land and for five years, land loses all nutritional properties. The next few decades can not grow anything on it. It is a huge echological catrastophe, probably the biggest one in present world.
