These are the most likeable and down to earth athletes in the world. By far. Really cool guys, funny too.

18:40 these guys are just great. How come the biggest and strongest men in the world are always such easy going jolly personalities. Gentle giant memes are true.

Z's face at 50:45 broke my heart. Bad day, but still to become the best ever.

Bad day? Best ever? Pudzianowski smoked him constantly in wsm, super series, and European strongman. This loss for z was typically, its why z ran away and didn't compete again until pudz was done training and stared that he was retiring.

@@thecensoredmuscle563 There are many factors to consider when it come to the best ever. I suggest watching lots of strongman competitions from the beginning to present day like I have, and also research Z's strongman past which is the longest ever. Marius's was very short even compared to the average strongman.
@oldgrannywheels Жыл бұрын
@@thecensoredmuscle563 Also when WSM and IFSA split, Marius stayed at WSM and every great strongman at the time moved to IFSA. Z has said that was the main reason he and the other best guys went to IFSA because you were competing against the best. Marius was the only top competitor in WSM when he won most of his titles, while Z won the equivalent of WSM, the IFSA title 2-times, against the best. So his 4 WSM titles plus 2 IFSA titles combine to be 6 Strongest Man titles, making it the most ever. He talks all about this in his book which I've read. Marius knew he couldn't compete and win against these guys who were getting better all the time, especially Z. Marius knew he peaked, and retired very early when he couldn't win anymore. Z started earlier and just got better longer. He set the current log lift record 2 months before his 40th birthday. And I don't have to mention his unbeatable 8 Arnold wins, the 2nd most being Brian Shaw at 3, and Z still has more than double. Longest career ever, most competition wins ever, most records ever = best ever. Period.

Hugo in the log made a mistake doing clean and press in one motion wears you out too quickly better to take into shoulders first then push press.
