Probably a two-part epoxy or oil.

Most bridges the state wants a zinc primer with an epoxy mid coat and a urethane topcoat

​@@chrisseamans5472 Yup that's the typical NEPCOAT system used in the NE US, where we are dealing with all 4 seasons and salts from the road (and sometimes from sea). And mix in some stripe coats, maybe a sealer coat (on bearings), and possibly an extra intermediate coat of epoxy. In the video he actually gives a good description to a layperson.

You can't see it clearly in the video , but there was sheilding and all hazerdous waste was captured

Im from the local 1036 painters union. Industrial side how do í go about on making the proccess faster on getting in into the apprentice program you have for structural steel... Is it luck of the draw?
