Hi Mokghj, 1-Most of the miRNAs are downregulating but some miRNAs could upregulate gene expression in specific cell types and conditions with distinct transcripts and proteins. Hi there, when it was mentioned that 50% RNA is present in ribosome and ER, we were talking about all types of RNA together but if we talk about ribosomal RNA which is a specific type then ribosomal RNA is mostly present in Ribosomes so use the word 80% for that specific type. I hope it clears the confusion.
