thank you very much for this public education on the court system in Ghana. I got confounded when you reiterated that there is nothing like inferior court in Ghana but a LOWER court instead. In general we find Inferior as direct opposite to superior. so what is the legal dichotomy between the Lower and the Inferior? Was the lower not a synonymous word for the inferior that the attorney general department opted for?. secondly, I need more explanation on the power of contempt to the superior court.
