I agree with you about some plants thriving on neglect lol. I love your videos and I'm happy your struggle bus plants are mostly recovering!

It's really true. Some plants just don't like to be fussed with, and that pepperomia is one of them. 😄

So Justa, the anthurium is gorgeous. I took your suggestion and put my "plant that we can't pronounce " in pon; she's doing better. My crocodile fern is living in her own container under my bird of paradise; he's doing great right now. I have 2 rattlesnake calatheas. I put one in pon, in a self watering pot; it's surviving. The other is in a nice aroid mix. She was struggling, so i cut her down. She's now pushing out new growth. I thought i was punishing her by giving her a hair cut, but she liked it. I'm still new to this plant world, but i keep listening, watching, and learning from people like you. Your videos, with the help of your comical husband, are educational and entertaining at the same time.

Aw, thanks Villette. I don't know it all but I do like to experiment with my plants especially when they are not thriving. If we don't try different things and leave an unhappy plant in the same conditions it will surely die. It is better IMO to try to do something different and know that you did your best. I'm glad that you find the videos helpful, that is encouraging. Also, thanks for being an instrumental member of the community, I really appreciate that! (❀❛ ֊ ❛„)♡

Hi Justa that schismatoglottis is Beautiful! I've never seen before. Im hoping to move away from purchasing hoya and get back to the aroids & others. Dee, NY💚

Hi Dee! She's looking a whole lot better these days. It took a minute to figure out but I do believe we understand each other a little better now. 𓁹‿𓁹 HEH.

That Queen anthurium looks amazing and the glass vase you have her in is gorgeous! I’ll have to get one :) When I can’t get a plant right I just grow her in moss in a clear glass or plastic container or I put her in fluval stratum. I even have succulents growing in moss. Some of them I thought they were dead and after some months started growing. Even a tiny cactus I had is getting chubby in moss now :) s Sometimes the soil mixture for whatever reason is not right for a plant.

Thank you Yambataller. That anthurium has given me a run for my money. 😊 But I think you are right. If a plant isn't doing well, it's time to experiment; it's what this hobby is all about. I caught a lot of flack on FB when I posted the anthurium because it was in the glass vase with no drainage. But, it's never been happier. So, I say experiment, try something different and be watchful. Thank you for always being a contributor to this channel.

Hola Justa, lovely video. Love the anthurium, he is gorgeous! Can you please check your recording audio channels? For some reason the last videos can be hear on the left channel, however, very low on the right channel( I use headphones, thats why I can tell.). Again, great videos.
