Struggled With This One - Doncaster Parkrun Sandall Park - 5k Race - Running Race - Good Workout -

Join me for my local Parkrun in Doncaster, at Sandall park. Come for a blast around the 5k course, it's hot and I'm at the back end of an injury but we'll give it a blast !

😂😂😂 what goes on in sandall stays in sandall..good effort mate...grass zapps everyone buts its all good training believe it or not that workout on them terrains are the best for training stick with it man👊
