So!... Shadowlands huh? Honestly, it's looking pretty exciting guys. After BfA I remain a bit sceptical, but lots of the changes and additions to the game look great. One big thing, is all the customization additions to the barber! Blizzard finally embraces the true end-game of World of Warcraft, indeed - fashion. You must compete with everyone else to have the coolest transmog and the most interesting character appearance! Who cares if you get all those [Ahead of the Curve] achievements when you look like total trash?
You want to stick some random flowers and leaves in your hair? The barber's your guy. You want to have a blind eye for no reason? The barber's your guy. You want to change your character's gender? *The barber's your guy*... They've become very flexible over the years, haven't they? It all just started with some facial reconstructions and chiropractor sessions. Even the base stuff in Shadowlands, like the facial hair options, hairstyles and accessories are great additions to the game and I hope we get more of them as time goes on!

@@DarkMage501 well it's just never specified in a game, black people too. Like there mention in lore of all kind of trolls and some variation of orcs and taurens, but not human. Hate to mention it (because otherwise I would be sound racist, what a time to be alive), I'm Asian and been somewhat displeased when a saw Asian elf in a warcrft film. Bear in mind Asian elf thing is worse, because we don't have them in the game in any form, while different origin of mankind is present and just need to be written down in lore like some old kingdoms, tribes, etc (maybe I'm wrong here hadn't spend much time in wow lore, vaguely remember warcraft story)

Let’s all take a minute to appreciate the barbers the real Heroes of World of Warcraft I just had an idea they should actually replace all the barbers in the game at some point and just put the old barbers around the world in beautiful and scenic places with their own little houses as NPC’s doing things like fishing, drinking, or sun bathing and give them the title of retired barber and if you find and talk to them they’ll freak out like. “Oh by Azeroth no please adventurer I’m not the barber anymore please leave me be I can’t handle it anymore.”

I've tried before, my brain just doesn't work like that lmao. You should make a machinima called "What To Do At The End Of An Expansion", where it could be this player just logging in since like .. the middle of Legion or something, and your Paladin shows a cynical view on what to do, and the other character can just look more and more horrified at what he's being shown. The idea of a Raid spazzing around N'Zoth while throwing random objects at him like a rubber duck makes me giggle so much XD

Hey, I haven't really said a whole lot on your channel in a hot minute, but I really feel like I need to come by and say some things I noticed in this video: Seeing all the skills you've built on whilst dealing with Classic models being portrayed here is simply staggering. Your lighting, for example, is to the point where nothing actually seems out of place. As in, I don't see green screen bleeds of any sorts on any of the animated characters, and they fit so friggin' well into the scene. But the main thing I want to mention is the absolutely stellar lip-syncing job you've done here. I've dabbled a small bit in trying to deal with exported WoW models before, and holy fuzzballs the amount of bones you have to work through for facial animations is just overwhelming. I've done some... decently-ish... successful facial animation attempts with the models by attempting to create a whole new face rig, but I would not longer have access to WoW's preset animations by doing so. With that said, I'm seeing you've either discovered a workaround to the fkload of facial bones and/or pushing through the mess to make these facial poses, because I'm seeing the lip syncing even during WoW's usual animation gestures. Which brings me to what I really want to say here: Your lip-syncing is absolutely on-point. Not to mention the lively facial gestures and poses you've added on top of it! I'm floored by how well your work and skills with the Classic models has transitioned to the more detailed Retail models. Even the movements you add to their gestures are becoming less stiff and more dynamic with each passing project! You've always had solid sound balancing, but the nuances of things such as the puff of smoke during dismounting and shapeshifting moments are some of the things that you've done that have always astounded me. I'm getting a feeling you're getting close to a certain skill threshold before you start making potential huge projects akin to Martin Falch's works back in the day. Though, I'd wager you've already got the skills for such an endeavor and it's more of a circumstance of taste, ambition, and time. Also, I'm a bit late on this one, but congratulations on the 100k subscribers! I was hoping and actually expecting this day to come, considering what I was seeing back when I first came across your channel back in the, what, 1k subscriber range? But aye, it's an achievement much deserved for the work, skills, and content you've provided for the WoW KZbin community, and I do hope it's enough to warrant this to be capable of becoming a full-time career! Well, that is if that's what you're wanting/aiming for to begin with. Though I am currently away from WoW, I do have *possible* plans to come back for Shadowlands. But this time around, I think I'll try my hand at the whole machinima field, considering doing so would work on skills that would greatly benefit my personal end-goals. On top of the fact that, well, it just looks plain fun to do! (It also tends to be the only type of thing I watch WoW-related anyways) You'll most likely never read this considering the, well uh, borderline-thousands of comments you may be getting nowadays, but I just felt like I needed to at least get it out there that I am exceedingly proud to see your channel skyrocket the way it has and that your hard work has been getting proper recognition. Keep on keeping on, Cap'n!

Hey there Lucron! Happy to hear from you again man :) And wow, I'm humbled by the wall of text! Thank you for the kind words! Honestly, regarding animations and lip-syncing, I don't really think I'm doing anything too special! I'm not really too good at animating when you compare me to other animators and I try to cut corners as much as I can, as I don't think I need to put in an immense amount of time and detail in the animations of a comedic video, but I appreciate the praise nonetheless haha! And yea man, I've been following your uploads and updates every now and then! I'm sure it's hard dipping your toes into other games and stuff, regarding youtube performance, but your quality is great as ever! If you do come back for Shadowlands I'm excited to see what you'll make! And I just feel like I need to say, going into machinima is nice, it can definitely give you some nice experience but I wouldn't really call it fun :D It's honestly one of the more tedious video formats out there, which is why I don't tend to recommend it a lot.
