Love this! As a daughter to a single Mom who was horrible to me emotionally, it’s beautiful to see Moms change these narratives about emotional support to their child. This was refreshing. 😍

GIRLLL, I need a part twoooo. This was such an amazing conversation. I’m 23 and a single mother. I was able to relate to both stories in different ways and got to learn from both.

I am in a two parent household, and my child always wants me and not his dad. So don’t beat yourself up for not being as present because unfortunately it is what it is.

Single mother of 3. 3 different fathers. First was love, second was rape, third was trauma. I was such a loving woman. Someone who loved love. Now I feel so much anger. So much disgust in myself for not being able to give my children a two parent home which I believe they need & deserve. I honestly am on my last level on strength. I can say I trust God but I am genuinely struggling internally. I just need help. Therapy worked until it didn’t. I’m drowning.

You're very strong for sharing. You are not alone. Keep trusting in God. He is a loving father. Not just for you, but also to your children. He has already forgiven you and the next step is releasing that anger you have towards yourself. Ive been there. That just means you've woke up. Feel your anger but still practice being kind to yourself. You are doing your best. Pray for strength and guidance and it is yours! You got this! ❤️
