You know that feeling when you cant take in a full breath so you sit there trying to expand your lungs as much as you can to get rid of the annoyance? Or maybe you've had the wind knocked out of you. You drop and immediately try to suck in wind but can't seem to find the ability too. Both of these are horrendous feelings. Now imagine those feelings, except continuously. In the events of Dead Space, a few scientists would inhale spores from the leviathan which would immediately begin changing them. Causing their lungs to burst out of their backs, this would spell their undoing. But what Is worse, they were still conscious. In todays episode lets discuss the Wheezer Necromorph!

This is my first playthrough and it's set to impossible because I am a stupid person. Killing the wheezers has so far been the only tedious part of the game, partly because it was 1am, but I found their change in the remaster far more enjoyable. And I thought to myself something along the lines of "I wonder if Roanoke has made a video on these?". I hope we get some sort of origin for the infection. My idea for an origin is an EXTREMELY advanced civilaization, created the Marker to ascend to another plain using the Markers. Something goes horribly wrong and the civilization becomes the first Moon. The combined psyches of the individuals become a twisted and super intelligent whole. Where it then propagates markers to continue its goal of ascension, but also filling the void with others since it might’ve been the FIRST civilization to achieve sentience. At least this is my idea anyway.😅

The red marker wasn't taken to AEGIS 7. It seems it was built there as it was one of three that were used to triangulate the marker homeworld signal by SCAF. Then after they found the source and scrapped everything AEGIS 7 was quarantined.
