Cut tomatoes in half and cook skin down til the tomatoes blister and are mushy 2. Add 2 tbsp korma paste, cocnut milk and a tbsp of pickles, stir til mixed 3. Add fish and poach til cooked (3-4 minutes) Serve with rice and naan 👌

Always love your videos Sarah and Keelan! My tip to try with cooking fish. Flour, egg/milk, and crumb with a twist! With your flour, add paprika, garlic salt, dill and white pepper (all comes in jars so can be stored easily) Don't hold back on the herbs. 1 egg whisked with a dash of milk. (No milks fine if you don't have any on you) Then crush up a bag of crinkle cut salt and vinegar chips as the crumb. Shallow pan fry in sunflower oil, medium to high heat. Golden brown each side. Trust me. You'll love it. Always cook my flatties that way 👌🏻 Coming from the missus hating seafood to asking when are you catching the next flatty! Cheers, Tim

Fish cooking recipe. Favourite fish (that we catch all the time on NSW/ QLD border) Pearl Pearch followed by next favourite; Parrot. Catch these in 50-100m water. Our favourite way and easy way to cook them is to fillet the fish, and just grill them on a tray lined with aluminium foil and put under the grill on high and every 40 seconds spoon over the melted butter. Once first side is cooked (2 mins max) and put back under grill then we would normally top with other flavour until cooked. For the other topping my kids love shaved parmesan then one last dribble of the melted butter, however you can also add garlic to it (as well as the parmesan), chilli is good and different (with or without parmesan). Other favourites are crushed cashew nuts (cut as fine as you can with a knife and board) and chilli. When you add the toping you are making it quite thick sort of like a thin crust that will cook, and cheese will melt when grilled, Really anything that you want to use for a final grill (whatever you have in cupboard). Once you start cooking fish like this (under the grill) you wont go back to frying. My kids rather it grilled than just crumbing and so easy and quick.

Amazing how the sand and conditions can change down that way and how soft some of it is. There is some reddish coloured sand down the Kingston end that is like bloody quicksand. We had to give it plenty of welly on a few of those climbs and they spelt the end of my wife's 4wd'ing exploits, likely for good. Dude you need at least 4 MaxTrax's, one for each wheel. Some of the most stunning beach scenery you will ever see anywhere I reckon. We went on a tag along tour with a local guy and some of the spots he took us were stunning. Thanks for the video.
