great video, just wanted to ask, don't you think that for a developing economy like India, more of its inflation is influenced by foreign factors, rather than domestic consumer spending

The thing is imo this goes for every country regardless of it being developed or not. Reason is how globalised and inter dependent the state of the current world economy is. As for India, definitely oil prices in the world market, usd inr rate are only some factors i am listing that influence the inflation rate of india but to pinpoint which factors are more important would be a very difficult exercise
