Best delay Ive ever owned. I use a DIG for my acoustic rig and a Brigadier for my electric rig. Easy and intuitive, sounds fantastic.

Tip: If you want that 1950's Brian Setzer slap-back rockabilly effect, in "Med" mode tap in your tempo, then switch to "Short" - instant slap back in time with your band!

Hey Darin! I’m micing my cab. I do have an ox Box but I’m only using it as an attenuator (sometimes) ... I use a shure sm57 into a Universal Audio Solo 610 preamp into an apogee Duet into Reason for recording...

Lovely demo, as usual. I always come here and dream on pedals "I wish I had this one". That's not the case today, 'cause I have the Brigadier, and I don't like it. Don't know how to explain, it's like silicon boobs, perfect and fake.

Interestingly, that is a lot of people’s reaction to “the Strymon sound” after they’ve owned their stuff for a while. It has that over-hyped Strymony “sheen” over everything that simply cannot be dialled out. Mind you, it is precisely that sheen that attracts one in the first place. It’s like an overlit shop - first it attracts you in like a moth but quickly fatigues you in the artificial glare. I don’t even consider this a criticism of Strymon really. If you love that sound then more power to you. Fair play to them too for creating their own, signature sound in a very crowded market.
