On a real note. I've been fired as a client from 3 therapists, one telling me she is now in special therapy to talk through her time being my therapist... That's when I figured that not only can someone be broken, but be a destroyer. Now I just ignore it all and have been pretty happy for about 5 years, but sometimes I fall apart, for just a moment. The way they treated Stuart, not to mention the horrible stereotypes of the other characters is why I only half liked this show. I never finished it, but this video popped into my suggestions, no clue why.

I rationalize my self hatred to through trauma, political, scientific, and religious lenses to the point that I really don't understand why people like me or why my wife married me. Basically I don't wallow is self pity, I embrace my self loathing as a fact of life. People are born and eventually die, thermo dynamic laws, I hate myself, all immutable facts. I don't fail because the world is stacked against me, I fail when I don't apply myself hard enough. The only advantage I see is that no one can possibly hate me more than me so when people show distain for me its absolutely ineffectual and I treat them no differently than if they like me. Which in turn usually makes them at a minimum tolerate me but usually accept and enjoy my company on some level. Funny that I find it easy to make friends as long as I don't get too deep with them.

I’m glad someone realised how sad this guys story is. I love the Big Bang theory but I never liked how until the last season his loneliness and depression was always played off as a laugh and overlooked.

No lie, this choked me up a little 😢 Stuart’s had it rough throughout the show, but I’m glad he’s still had his good moments with the others and things started to work out better for him as the show went on. He got a girlfriend, owns a new comic shop, and hopefully now with Sheldon of all people acknowledging that they took Stuart for granted, they started to include him more.

I remember watching this show all throughout Middle high and high school, and I would get bullied, alot, once even by a nerd who decided to spit in my hair, but when I came home, I would watch this show, and Stuart was always my favorite. He was a misfit among the misfits, and that's why he was my favorite, he didn't belong anywhere, he wasn't liked among the others, he was a nobody. But to me, to me he was a somebody, someone who did matter, because he is alot like me; and everyday I would come home from school without any friends and I'd watch this show, and I would see Stewart, to me Stewart was my friend, the one person who I could really connect with. I was cast out, but so was he and thats was made him my friend, and I am damn glad he finally got the one thing he wanted in the end, the one thing that he deserved: Love. And I hope someday I can have the same happy ending that my friend Stuart had.

He is a great character, in my opinion, and the actor is very good at his job. I know that some people might hate the way he was made fun of. But in a way I think that there was a lot of effort put into writing him and even some love for the guy. He would have not lasted for the entire show, otherwise. Many others came and left. Another interesting character for me is Bert. Great job with the video! I'm the type of guy who uses dark humour aimed at himself, in order to cope better with hard times. So I guess that, perhaps, I kind of see a bit of myself in him.
