The country was in the grip of Olympics fever when 12-year-old Tia Sharp was first reported missing on 3 August 2012. Among the news headlines of Britain's gold medallists celebrating, reports on the hunt for Tia continued to dominate. But her grandmother's boyfriend Stuart Hazell knew exactly where she was....

I would be really worried if a body language expert was analysing me as I tend to have opposite reactions. Such as when I would get told off I would laugh to the point that if I hold it in I just end up smiling like crazy. And when I am really happy I tend to go really quiet and almost as if I am upset.

@@edy1361 " Always in hindsight of course." If more people listened to what these experts have to say then more people would be able to recognise the signs of potential killer *before* the first murder. it's a simple fact that pretty much every killer has had some type of traumatic childhood and has been showing some particular signs that are unique to killers. It's also a fact that the people around those potential killers just went "he's a d*ck" and proceeded to either ignore them or beat them up. Nobody ever HELPS the people that they are worried about, but they sure are ready to tell that person what a horrible moster they are. Does having a bad childhood excuse murder? No ofcourse not, but it does explain WHY they did it, and it enables *you* to help spot them before they kill. Go talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist about what a problematic childhood can cause in young adults, and shut up about it untill you have done so.

Why those two women thought it was okay to being this man into their lives is beyond me. Once again proving that children are most vulnerable in a single mother home. Moving on from the adult daughter to grandma would make me suspicious, even if she didn’t end up missing, that behavior just screams “I want to be around your under age (grand)daughter!!”

That's what happens when women are attracted to bad boys. I don't feel much sympathy for them when they're "shocked" that their felon boyfriend does something like this. They truly are ignorant. I could look up case after case of women who find murderers and sadistic rapists "awesome" or "sexy." Did you know Jeffrey Dahmer got a LOT of fan mail from teenage girls when he was in prison? they're giving him too much credit as a calculated killer who pulled the wool over the eyes of the police. He narrowly avoided a whole life order *only* because the judge couldn't be sure whether the final photos he took of her were before or after she'd died. That has some bearing on being able to prove it to be a sexually motivated killing, so the judge couldn't just guess or jump to a conclusion as that would leave a wide open goal for an appeal.

Its easy to forget the fact that most of the general public were suspicious of Hazell from the start. It's not as if it was the huge shock they make it out to be. If you guys are wondering why the police didn't find the body after searching the home 3 times? Well, within the last year, the Metropolitan police has arrested 2 members of its own force, one for the kidnap, rape and murder of a woman. The other, for being in a relationship with a known drugs dealer and gangster. Lastly, a third, high-ranking member was due to be arrested for some child sex scandal, but subsequently hanged himself before he could face justice. It's not like they hire the best of the best when it comes to British policing. When you pay peanuts, you get Monkeys.

How many of them would be s*x offenders and wrong uns from a 230,000 person sample? Thats right....far, far more than from the same sample taken from the police. The police employ human beings, lots of them. And in a group of lots, there will inevitably be wrong uns. Where do you think they should get staff from? Mars maybe? It amazes me that parents are so irresponsible with their children. Why was Tia left alone with this man, especially when he wasn't even a blood relative. Obviously Hazel himself is to blame for what happened but Tia was badly let down by her mum and grandmother in terms of safeguarding. Sadly in today's woke environment where victim hood has been weaponized no one has the courage to point out the obvious bad parenting that allowed this to happen.
