The customers daughter came home late, and didn't keep it on the driveway. Good thing the rock stopped it, since the house was about 20 feet away. That would have been bad. Was this on a golf course? This was very hard to watch. It’s almost like you are taking forever or bringing another truck because you heard they have full coverage insurance. There was not a single reason that you needed a second truck to pull this very totaled car off the covert. If you think this was all necessary I recommend some advanced training for you in that roll back. Because the truck would have done the job without an issue all day long.
@Towtruck_Dustin Жыл бұрын
Hahaha. Obviously you know nothing about the towing and recovery industry, otherwise you’d understand why it made more sense to have the twin line wrecker that was minutes away, come help.

I could have gotten that out with a come a long, a 2x4 and a Prius! But just because insurance deems it a total loss to the owner doesn’t mean they don’t want it recovered and able to re-sell it for parts / salvage. I could see if it barrel rolled but it just needs air bags and front end work.

OK OK I looked and found this. Maybe your company could add something like it for them in-between jobs. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKulp2Wvd8erjdE
@Towtruck_Dustin Жыл бұрын
The problem with that is, this is a light duty police call. So we can’t charge for heavy duty equipment. It’s not needed in this situation either. Waiting on a heavy to show up would only waste time and keep the road blocked longer.
@davide.s.9880 Жыл бұрын
@@Towtruck_Dustin Well that is true about using a heavy wrecker and charging. The link I sent looks like a light ish heavy wrecker. But like you said you could have done the call by your self.
