Great tip. I've thrown out my share over the years and If there is a way to save $20+ per coil I'm all for it. Will try this next time I get a seized up sleeve.

I used to use a small hack saw blade and manually cut through one side and push it out. Takes a while. I started using this method later on and If your drill has a clutch set it to where when drilling the bit gets stuck it doesn't rip the drill right out of your hand. The clutch will slip and the bit will stall. Realign and go again. I set my Milwaukee at 10. Hope this helps.
