Where is the seatbelt timer module located in the truck?

Mine is causing a drain because I guess it doesn't shut off the unlock solenoids after 30 mins. Any idea if that is possible to fix?

Did exactly what you said and it initially unlocked but then locked back again. It doesn't work for my 1999 Dodge 1500 Laramie

I did this fix, and it worked, but now I keep blowing fuse #12 (iod fuse, it controls map lights/overhead light/power mirrors/radio/and who knows what else...). I'm hoping if I undue this fix my iod fuse (#12) will stop popping? Any thoughts on this, before I take it all apart again? Thank You.

the module is shorted even after using the eraser over the ball so I used a jumper
