I see a resemblance too. Albert was played by actor Theodore "Teddy" Wilson (1943 - 1991), best known for his recurring roles in 1970s sitcoms. He was Earl the Postman in That's My Mama; Sweet Daddy Williams in Good Times; and Phil Wheeler in Sanford Arms.
