What a timely video! Triggered the pack last night and ignored it, then happened to look at it again this morning and saw those those fragments. Ran the ladder for 60, just going to hold them for a while. Was not sure if or how they worked your video was great. Exciting to see you get the five stars! I think the trigger was me opening 3 copies of the same general last night. I wanted to convert those to fragments so I could see where I stood with that general.

So great idea. Lader pack gives micro spender to big coiner access. But why not have it work on all generals? Prime Evony B.S! Darius Caesar Sappho Clovis Maria -what do all these have in common? All are in my inventory and all are on the exception list. Of all of them Clovis is the general I would have spent real cash to get one more copy. Congratulations Evony...you f-up and lost a sale.

-Maria we can get copies from the moon event. -Caesar is in the maya event, but if you dont score well you cant get fragments for him. -Darius is in Lucky Jackpot, but we dont know how long these generals will be in the redeem section. at one point it was Caesar. *I am in the same boat with Clovis. I want one more copy and having him on the sh!t list cause evony a sale from me. *Can we all start sending emails to evony cs. let them know you own a general and will buy the ladder pack if its taken of the block list for using exclusive ascension fragments.

"Recruiting an Epic Historic General" is the trigger for the pack and it only works on generals you can get from opening a generic epic historic general. It also doesn't work on the super-premium duty & full cake generals.

Very little Evony does helps F2P; it doesn't help them (at least not directly) so they're not interested. That said the recent addition of *Expedition* and the ongoing daily pickups for even F2P of otherwise difficult to get items was pretty decent.

I triggered the pack by recruiting a general from the tavern. If you buy the full ladder, you end up with 60 tokens. I have been unable to get the pack to appear again, so it could be a one-time thing when you have purchased the full ladder. That's it. I'm hoping I can get it to pop again so I can stock up on them. Hope the info above helps. Congrats on your fully ascended Dewey.

I seem to be earning the fragments and tokens here and there with all of the Events. I just find that as soon as I start to level up a General, the tap is closed. Just from a non coiner perspective, sure the majority are not the Epic Historic Prime Generals but at least I am able to capture some full potential. I noticed with Jan Karol, the decent Sub-City General, I was getting frustrated using him but not getting the tokens from the couple of Events, so I dismissed him for fragments, then within the next Event times I earned multiple tokens. I'll see this week, if it pans out for me again with the Lucky Lotto-spinny thingy, and the Agalope Events. Hopefully I may earn 3 or 4 more tokens again. (Since doing this I have earned 7 copies) My luck though may change since mentioning this. LOL Watch this week your General will show up in the Limited Order Event. But then again, there really isn't a guarantee that you would earn enough fragments.

I went 0 coin about a year ago. Refuse to give Evony anything. They could have made it easier to get Civ gear. The common player would still struggle with mats, but wouldn't feel it impossible to improve. Now the game is how many t1s can you build for the common f2p game. Can't do anything clever. Dead ☠️

I have been stuck at 3 stars on Dewey, for a long time as well. I have Martinus stuck at 2 stars. My upgrade cost for fragments alone would be 3 of the $50 packs for Dewey to get him to 4 stars and 6 of $50 packs to get Martinus to 3 stars for a total of $450. I am sure if you are making 7 figures this is an acceptable expense. For the average person who has a house to take care, children to feed/cloth/medical and what not that is not within their means to do so. I have seen the rise of K45's in recent SVS and there is no way that would make a difference when you are hit with a 6M solo march of T15's. Not no but hell no.

As I mentioned in the video, I would only recommend getting these fragment packs when you have just a small number of fragments you need to complete the ascension. In your case, I agree, the cost would be way too much and I wouldn't recommend you do that. If you are still interested though, what you could do is get a few fragments (10-15 max) and save them for when you get closer with your ascension. That way, you wouldn't have to wait to complete the very last bit. It's not ideal, but that is one way you could use these packs to your advantage and also minimize your spending 😇 On a different note, I wouldn't put too much mind on the K45s. At the end of the day, you can only do the best you can. Just focus on making your keep as good as possible within your means 👍

I triggered this the other day but had no idea it included these (Peak Trial Fragments for me too; it as almost a perfect Peak Trial General change for me with my wish to work even more on *Hestia* and *Frigg* to replace my 'F2P Generals' I presently use... sad to see your comment on it only working on *some* Generals, but it's certainly an improvement; is there any chance you can edit your video description to include the list of Generals it works for (unless it varies depending on Ladder or something silly!), please?

When you trigger the pack, you will get to see the list of generals which the fragments can be used on. Unfortunately, it is a long list, and I would have to trigger the pack again to be able to see that. Broadly speaking though, it seems that these fragments work on generals you can get from the Premium General Token, but not generals that are in other special tokens or cake exclusive generals. Still, that's a long list of generals! If you have a specific general you are interested in ascending, you can check this in-game. Go to the general's ascension page and see if it says "Exclusive Ascension Fragment Cost". If it does, then you can use these fragments on the general. 👍 If is says just "Ascension Fragment Cost" with no "Exclusive", then you can't

Congratulations on Duey. Unfortunately, my Duey is stuck at 3 stars. I am considering changing him to another that I can fully ascend. Obviously, he is the replacement for JJ and is still considered a premium general even though he has been around for years. I asked evony to put him in the tavern but the answer was No. Shocker.

Even compared to the premium wall generals Evony has been releasing, Dewey is still a good general. If you think you could get another wall general that you'd be happy with and you can ascend fully, I think that would be worth considering 👌

Yeah I'm happy... I need 35 fragments for 10 star Elise. So was able to get the 5 now I just need one more copy better then 2. And 2 unrelated question will the % buffs you get also work on you flat buffs? So if you get 3 flat hp and 1 %hp will the % increase the flats or do the % only work on the base. Also pimp my keep Aka lol

the pack triggered for me when after checking to see that the peak trial was going on and i needed Hestia which i currently had in fragments. I composed the fragments and opened Hestia, lvled her to 26 and started adding stars to her, at which point the pack triggered for me.

But its not accessible until you have enough fragments to trigger that pack and then you still have to coin to get the fragments. You used to be able to get Dewey in the relics. He was the non coiners defence general and they changed that.

@technicalschool517 sorry to say the tavern does not have lead generals that can match the new set of march size generals being given by Evony. The only exception is Martinus with a dragon. If you are not the rally setter, look to trial of knight event to get a competitive general. Currently in trial of knight is.. Marcus for range. Lu Xun for ground. Pyrrhus for ground but this general is best for a rally leader because of the rally capacity red star buffs. If you can manage BOA then trial of knights is a path to getting copies of lead generals. Good luck.

I have made some videos covering this. One video you can check out is the Best Relic Generals video. Relic generals tend to be a bit better than most of those in the tavern. You also have a good chance of getting enough fragments to ascend them 😇👍

Unfortunately, it doesn't work on Napoleon Prime (but it does work on Washington Prime 😅😂). My guess is because he is no longer available in the game through regular tokens or other means. However, it seems as if Evony made 2 sets of these ascension fragments - 1 set from All Stars, and 1 set in these packs. It seems (emphasis on Seems) that if you got the fragments from All Stars, you might be able to ascend Napoleon with those. With that being said, I'm sure you can appreciate how difficult that would be 😅, but if that's something that you could possibly do, then it might be worth trying
