If you are searching for more precise English terms, I suggest suspect, misaligned, problematic, traumatized areas, to start. Instead of ‘don’t help me’, perhaps remain still, let me do it, relax, as you often say, is also enough. You can also ask your patients to go slack, slump. Overall, love the vids, especially the ones where people come in in obvious pain and leave feeling much better.

I can understand your frustrations with your camerawoman. I'm sure she likes to tease you regarding your command of the English language. If I can make a suggestion, another word you can use would be videographer instead of cameraman/camerawoman. More accurate and neutral. Also, instead of a tough technique words like complex or difficult technique within context. I always enjoy your videos. Especially, seeing the relief and joy in your patients after their sessions. All the best to you and your colleagues, Dr. Benedetti.
