@@WakelessOcean in this case you can directly apply via University of Debrecen website. Click on admissions and there you will see a detailed overview of the required documents and deadlines

Heeey, yes, there is! In fact, I myself studied foundation year before I started my actual education. You don’t need to apply separately. The university themselves will put you in foundation year if they find it necessary.

They have admissions for winter and fall, but Stipendium Hungaricum is only fall.
