Unfortunately thats not gonna happen. I'm a millennial... do not expect them to save us. We have to save ourselves. They don't have half the heart we do anyways. If we want something done right, we have to do it ourselves. Plus, with the dismantling of this morally bankrupt system, comes the opportunity to build our society back up, but this time, to reflect our values, our integrity, and our vision. Stay strong. All love.

Geiger Counter you should’ve stayed in school long enough to learn how to actually use the internet. The word prouder is an actual word, one that fits quite fine in the context of the original comment. So before you go and try to bring your hateful words on such a beautiful video, get your facts straight. On another note: I cannot be PROUDER of the students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and everything that they are doing to bring about change.

I fully support the Stoneman Douglas High School Students 100% because I am a high school student myself, soon to be a college student. I have younger siblings who are in school. I stand with them. These people are so inspiring. They are strong people of whom I have so much respect for. I cannot imagine at all, the pain that the students and their families have felt. My heart breaks for the 17 innocent people who's lives were lost. No one should ever go through what these loving, innocent people have had to go through. I pray that God will heal them in time to be able to move forward with peace and closure. We will remember those 17 precious, beautiful lives lost. ❤️❤️❤️❤️👼 Keep fighting for what's right.

It's unfortunate that so many people will just make a joke out of this and ridicule these kids as being part of "fake news" or some sort of liberal scheme. This should be a bipartisan issue. I don't care if this was put on by CNN or Fox News. Or some other news outlet. I think these kids and their parents have a right to have their voices heard. They've been through something terrible, and if they want to sing about it to get their point across, whether you agree with it or not, let them.
@GreyWolfLeaderTW6 жыл бұрын
It's not bipartisan because the Far Left wants American disarmed. It is part of bringing about their fascist/communist utopia. You can't have bipartisanship between the pro-American 2nd Amendment Right the and anti-American pro-authoritarian government Left.

As more and more young people unite for a common and single purpose, to end gun violence in our schools, much more good will be accomplished. Young people who normally would not mix are being drawn together to help themselves and to help others. They have already received the support of countless adults and that number will continue to grow as they speak out for what is good and just and right. And they do it WITHOUT the use of violence. I'd like to say that "I'm behind you. Lead the way! ".

" If I was killed by a gun"........Then you would be DEAD. I was Career Military and have had all kinds of moments where guns and a lot worse almost killed me; unfortunately many of my comrades weren't so lucky. I also fought in urban environments where armed civilians were blasting away at you. That however didn't cause me to champion the banning of guns. I even respected these civilians from a Soldier's point of view for standing up and bravely fighting, unlike these snow-flake liberal americans and other westerners these days who would rather run, hide and cry in their safe-space corners.

MrReasonablethinker Because I care about people...these children whose lives were lost... because I can SEE people. People have motivated me and helped me throughout my life. If you truly believe that there is an invisible man watching us from the sky that loves us then why doesn't he intervene and stop this fucked up shit that goes on in this world. So stop praying to God as no one's listening and let's try to help ourselves.

KeViN D Your like my ex wife . All she would do is blame me for the bad I’ve done . I could do 90% of the things right but I would mess up one day a year and she would use that against me. You forget this is not heaven . This is hell on earth. We have bad things happen because this is not the final chapter . How many times have you been saved through your entire life . We all have a purpose even the bad has a purpose . This brings people together since we all have been fighting each other and arguing about pointless debate. If your in denial is because you find it easier to live that way. I challenge you to wake up tomorrow and just start your day by asking god to guide you. Then follow what he tells you through out the day . You will feel different before the day is over . You’ll see you have less anger and pain. He protects you from the demons that surround us each and every single day. Just believe in him for one day. After that day I over if nothing happens then you can keep thinking we’re just here on pure coincidence . You do know that the probabilities of you being here is 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

"follow what he tells you through out the day" how am I supposed to do that? Do you have God's number? Can I talk to him on the phone so he can guide me?......What evidence do you have that God guides you? Did you ever stop to think that YOU and only YOU are responsible for your own actions?! People have been fighting for centuries with each other over made-up fairy tales. Religion just divides people. In the end, I don't care what you believe in...as long as it doesn't hurt others (which happens all the time when religious beliefs are involved).

Between Shine & the "kids" performance at the Tony's I'm still crying. PERFECT SONG CHOICE FOR THE Tony's. Jonathan Larson (he wrote RENT) wasn't able to see his show on Broadway, but I know he's looking down at these kids and smiling ear to ear. So proud of the Parkland student's for everything they are doing.

I pray that this goes viral! I am so sorry that my generation has not stood up - so sorry. YOU are such an inspiration to all; which includes this white haired granny....YOU give me HOPE on guns in this nation and for the fragile planet that we have been so slow to protect. I promise - I will do everything possible to have your voices heard! You are our HOPE and FUTURE.

Our entire nation weeps along with you. You have become the adults in this country by not just asking for change but demanding it happens. Keep up your righteous fight. We are so proud of you and so sorry that our so called leaders have totally failed to protect you from such a tragic event and the senseless loss of your fellow friends and classmates.
