Guns don’t belong in a grade school classroom. Why should that be any different for a university?

It's about time law abiding students are allowed to defend themselves.

Why go if you think there could be danger, I ask this because it's the same question they ask when someone feels they better go to the Night Club armed, let me guess you have to opinions

@@klove5765 You can expect some chance of danger at school or at a nightclub, or just walking down a quiet street, it's not predictable even in "safe" areas. The difference is night clubs aren't a legal place to carry weapons (even with a permit) because they sell alcohol, to imply this is now suddenly legal is incorrect.

@@crepitus3552 that still don't answer the question "why be there" it being legal don't answer the question, not only that but smalls arms going against AR15, I think 5 policeman were too scared to go in that school in Texas because they understood don't bother giving away your location up against a AR15

@@klove5765 I'm not quite sure what you're asking exactly. Do you think people should stay home if they don't feel 100% safe, and that it's the responsibility of a venue or destination to make sure it's safe? I don't think that's actually possible. Bad guys ignore the law and go wherever they want. When they get there, do you want to have a chance to defend yourself with a pistol or do you want to rely on your looks and charm? Also you seem to be unaware of how rarely a rifle, especially an AR-15 is used in gun crime. According to FBI crime stats rifles of all types (hunting rifles, lever action, shotguns, etc) was 252, but knives were accountable for 1,544 homicides and bare hands or feet were 624 homicides. The media makes a huge spectacle of AR-15 shootings, but it is grossly misrepresented as a leading cause of gun deaths. It's not even close.

@@crepitus3552 I was just making the point they saying don't go to a place if you think there might be trouble, but you bring up responsibility is the Campus legally responsible for the environment they foster to, let's say if a student who dont like his grades go psycho

You seem not to understand who's intellect is inventing and discovering and running things in technology, you think liberal intellectuals on academic scholarships who usually are passive want to be around trailer trash who is taking out loans and might not even graduate but walking around with side arms, no it won't end we'll the make up of the student body will take a huge hit
