The 115 VAC power sockets are for medical equipment such as a ventilator machine for breathing. These sockets are usually isolated from the other electrical outlets (TV/Lights/USB) so their power availability is more reliable. You need permission and often your equipment must be assessed before you are allowed to use them on-board.

Asia Travels it’s a discreet entrance ... make a left turn when your car goes up the ramp toward the departure hall entrance... (before the main drop off area)... but u can walk to it when you’re inside the terminal as well

I have a choice on my upcoming FRA/SIN flight - the older A380 Suites or the new 777-300ER Suites. I believe I shall choose the 777-300ER flights to and from SIN. Thanks for sharing!

If someone offers you Dom OR Krug then drink two bottles!!! Those Emergency ports may contain a defibrillator just in case as they voltage rating on them..not sure though! Take off vision and sound is magnificent !! After take off from Dom to Krug !! Of course you would ! Sorry to ask but were your nuts warm ?? I have watched and read a lot about the "angled" feet position in Business Class and cannot understand why they (SQ) would have done it this way? Did you have enough food and did the SQ Bears have a go as well ? Well filmed review of a great flight with a great airline.I look forward to the next trip !!

Fantastic trip report! I enjoyed every second. From lounge presentation to landing. Congratulations for this great trip! One this is kinda "disturbing": The lounge was high class, only one or two of each item. Excluding the large number of sandwiches - in a first class lounge.

Personally when I see so much space and so many empty seats as you did in the first class lounge I find it depressing. I know it’s meant to be exclusive and luxurious, but I find it to be wasteful and like a ghost town.

Eric Hwang That’s why most airlines got rid of international F. On most routs it’s s poor use of space on the aircraft and a money looser. Even those that kept it are reducing the number of aircraft it’s on

My experience in 6/2023 was a little bit different: no more Dom Perignon (only Krug, which I don’t like), no Teddy Bears and a disappointing choice of food selections. Meal had a bland taste. Overall my impression was that Singapore Airlines is trying to safe a few bucks on their First Class passengers.
