Why is unequal protection of our at-will employment laws for unemployment compensation that solves for official poverty being condoned instead of Policies, public that promote and provide for the general Welfare? "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." (Source: US Constitution, Preamble.) “The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States. (Source: US Constitution, Article IV, Section 2.) We should have no homelessness or simple poverty due to unequal protection of the laws. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” (Source: US Constitution, 14th Amendment, Section 1.)
