What a unique studio! It reminds me of a little cottage you would find in the middle on the mountains! It seems to match your personal style too! You should consider getting a toaster oven. When I had a place in SD without a real kitchen I got a toaster oven and was able to cook/bake a lot in there

Random info: there’s two types of ear wax. The solid kind can get impacted if you push it in with a q-tip, but the liquid kind is pretty ok to clean with q-tips. It depends on your genes.

It’s funny because you are much younger than me and just starting out, I guess we could say. I have raised a family, I am set in my career and I’m at the point that I have been getting rid of everything - I moved out of my house and into a one bedroom apartment. That felt so good to do. To just have less stuff. Now, I’m at the point of thinking I’m ready to go even smaller. I love the idea of being able to pack everything in a couple of boxes and leave at any time. I started my career in hotel management and I spent a lot of time living in hotel rooms and small suites. I’ve always said my perfect environment would be a little studio or suite and, now, think I’m ready for it! Yours is so adorable! Only thing I would have to change is I would need a compact/stackable washer-dryer. Your shower is everything! It just goes to show that making connections, being nice to people and getting to know them in our every day lives, pays off!

Very cute studio, you may find that having to clean out some stuff due to space limits was a blessing, if you get used to that way of life youll end up saving a lot of $$ over the long run without feeling as if your missing out.

it’s honestly so expensive here! moved here from texas with my boyfriend. went from having a 2000 square foot 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment and the price difference is ridic! but it’s so so pretty here. i have a few san diego videos on my channel (channel is still pretty new) but theres a couple! but...it’s so beautiful. it’s worth it. :)

Does this place actually not have a closet?? Is there a chair or is the bed all there is? Sad how people take advantage of people who need housing and charge exorbitant rents. And the place is half underground! I'm on the other coast in a seaside town and charge $1200 for 4 rooms including a full kitchen and large bathroom, 7 closets, wood floors, real plaster walls and a back deck with a view.
