I have always used acid pro on pc to tempo map and loop, but I have never found an effective product on MAC. I am already a Studio One 6 MAC user, so this sounds very encouraging. Thank You

Ive never tried acid pro - but i can tell you that for simple stuff (and even multi-tracks like i showed in this example) if its 4/4 time - S1 Pro 7 tempo detection works surprisingly well! Cheers, M

So you right clicked the mix down track and exported it to the tempo track…And then what? Does the Tempo track then control all the other tracks? So, there is no need to make tempo changes on all the tracks individually? They just morph in real time (for editing)?

Hi all; is there any mathod to split stereo track to two mono tracks not from browser. In Pro Tools you can right-click on a stereo track and choose 'split to mono tracks'. This is faster and more intuitive than having to do it the files browser. The function is there already, so it basically only needs to be added to the right-click options for a track. Even better would be to be able to convert a track to real mono by only using one side of the stereo file with one click.

Yeah - it’s not quite the same as Pro Tools.. I have a video covering the subject, but I may revisit this topic if anything is changed: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZobIimB3eNata7ssi=RxC8pGUfqHimISaU

🗣 Its really simple. 😳< Looks kinda complicated to me.

I promise, it is actually simple! you just drag the audio event to the tempo track (and make sure the beginning of the file starts on a downbeat) In this example i actually gave it multiple tracks to tempo map a whole song with multi-tracks... Cheers, M

@@marcushuyskensmusic I suppose I'm looking at it for the first time so it's all just totally new, I'm sure you're correct (with time & practice, like everything.🤔)

Complicated??? Try doing it the old way before this feature was added 😂

@@randyfurlong6181 Yeah I'm sure it saves loads of time (once you're used to the interface & just how it works), everything looks difficult for the first time.
