2 killer Tipps: - If u have melodyne press command m and fine tune the splice sample. - if you wanna extract the midi information from that audio file just drag the audio event to a instrument track. (Melodyne must be active)

tbh. no daw sampler matches serato. i never cared for auto-slicing if its not just bar slicing. serato lets you slice where you want and that random function is goat

In addition here’s other options.. use mpc groove templates.. use the track delay in the inspector window.. explode pitches to tracks to separate midi n process separately.. jus some thoughts.. there’s volumes of additional tips n tricks.. like using the kick midi to make bass play in perfect timing.. abstraction of grooves from audio or midi etc
