Your dad is so awesome! Can you please let him know that if he uses a dense piece of foam (closed cell PVC like what is often used for packing fragile items such as TVs works really well) for putting the pins on the cards, it will make the job much easier. Place the card on the foam, then push the pin through the card and into the foam. It helps keep the cards from bending, and speeds up the whole process!

Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen over heavy (but hypoallergenic) moisturizer every day! My derma advised me to use baby lotion as my facial moisturizer. I apply retinol twice a week and that’s how I cope with my skin’s increased sensitivity. 🤗

Yes I use Retinol. It cannot be used everyday as it dries the skin and must only be used at night. Its advised to not expose your skin to the sun when you put it on. I use it 2-3x a week along with vitamin c

Since you just introduced retinol, you're just going through the purging stages. It's pretty normal but since your skin turned sensitive, I would recommend decreasing how much you use and work your way up.

retinol is amazing and I've been using it for a few years now. but with retinol you definitely need to build up the amount you use so your skin can get used to it. Ive started with adding this into my moisturizer every two to three days and then slowly using it on its own :) don't forget to use something hydrating after you used retinol and of course sunscreen

If you are just starting out with retinal they suggest mixing it with cream and only putting it on every other day or so until your skin becomes accustomed then do it more often and then you start to do it without the cream retinal is very strong So you need to kind of introduce it to the skin slowly. Sorry there is no punctuation I use talk to texts also this information is given to by an esthetician, I hope it helps your skin feel less annoyed
