I know you mentioned tendonitis...when I fractured my hand, my doctor gave me a brace to wear for 4-6 weeks. She said even after healing I can wear the brace if I ever experience pain in my wrist or if I develop tendonitis. Apparently, the support during the nighttime really helps. It's annoying to wear but maybe worth giving it a try. ^___^ Again just a random suggestion and I am NOT a healthcare professional and do not want to be giving out medical advice. Just some friendly ideas to pass along. 🍓✨
