For a tip about the chicken, do the drenching method. Flour first, then egg and lastly the breading (crush up chips). It really help for the breading to stick on the chicken well and not fall apart. You can do it double for extra crunch. Hope this help for your next time cooking chicken😊

You gotta fill that pan half full of w.e oil u use....sprinkle a pinch of salt in ur oil...it helps it heat up quicker. Season ur food lol salt onion garlic seasonings, use pepper after u cook ...kuz pepper shrivels ur food up lol...taste better after u cook to add pepper. !! I like to double coat so I egg it up use my crumbs than egg it again n add breading crumbs again n than dip it in the frying oil ;) Hope this helps !!!

I have a hard time drinking water too! (Unless it's like, room temperature or in a plastic bottle... which is really bad.) But I have had COVID (long term) for about three months now, and I have to upkeep on my fluids. A way that I've kinda gotten around it is by adding LIQUID I.V. to my water! Or even like, crystal lite. It has helped my water consumption soooo much! I mean, I count it as like 9/10ths water since it is a little packet. But that's definitely something you could try! OR flavored straws!

I think the chicken didn't work quite as well because there was no flour, if you try it next time do flour, egg, then crumbs! Also definitely salt/spice it because once you crush the chips they lose a lot of the powder concentrate :p
