yes i agree, Netflix might be an option to market those kind of movies since hollywood want to save money for having graphic designers who are doing CGI

Wish we had this guy in the new Chucky tv series. The ultimate team for Child’s play would be Tom Holland, Jon Lofia, Kevin Yagher, and Don Mancini. These guys are the reason we love Child’s Play 1 and 2.

Thank you guys! I love every minute of it. The reason why Chris Walas passed on Child's Play project was his directorial debut, The Fly (1989).

Guys... Thank you so much for doing this video. Growing up idolizing all of you guys in the 80's and 90's, reading about you guys in Fangoria magazine, it still never gave a clear picture of what it was like then. To hear what a tight knit community you all were then, hearing about Kevin running around the valley in zombie costumes trying to find Rick Baker to show off his work, or telling Stan Winston about the Chucky Puppet and Stan running over to take a look... This whole video (both parts actually) just had me grinning from ear to ear the whole time. It's so great to know that in such a cut throat industry as Hollywood, you guys supported each other and got excited about what each other was doing. This video just totally made my week. Thanks so much for sharing these memories with us and I hope you keep doing these, seriously. Highly entertaining and informative. Thanks again!

Just discovered this channel. It's great to see these genius creators reminiscing about their work. It's funny as I kinda' assumed that Kevin Yagher left Chucky behind after "Bride". Listening to Alec and Kevin talk, it sounds like the studio "suits" can just choose to go in different directions (i.e. Chucky and Tremors T.V. show) with no loyalty or mind about the creators of these legendary monsters. Sorry, that really pisses me off to no end. Yes I just quoted Big Trouble in Little China but that's the ultimate kick in the coins. Anyway, love this channel and holy would I give a few coins to own one of those screen-used Chucky heads. Wow! Love these guys...

This was fascinating...I Love Alec, Tom, & Studio ADI, I love Kevin's work, and getting to hear these stories, to me, is like an art lover hearing Rodin discuss how he sculpted. This is the stuff that made me love genre pictures in the first place (that Freddy snake in part 3 is one of my favorites too, Alec).

Good interview. Please don't add that background music in part 2.
@studioADI6 жыл бұрын
I know, drag, huh? had a mic problem and had to add the music so you weren't hearing the mind numbing humming. I'll make sure we crank the BG tunes up for part 2!
@PlasmaKong26 жыл бұрын
You can use an audio software, such as Adobe Audition, to clean humming noise in background.
