You learned in season 1 that there was a completely messed up dude 150 years ago, who experimented with a woman who was able to bear the children of cursed spirits. He made 9 half curses by having the curse impregnate her and he mixed his blood in with the fetus as well. He was Noritoshi Kamo, of the Kamo clan who had blood manipulation. Only the 3 oldest brothers, Kechizu, Eso and Choso, were stolen by Mahito when he broke into jujutsu high, they were fed to humans in order for them to reincarnate like Sukuna basically. Because of the Kamo bloodline they have blood manipulation powers and because of the curse parent their blood is highly toxic to humans. Yuji and Nobara killed the younger 2 and Choso, the eldest brother, wants revenge. What I want you to remember this arc is that these brothers were deemed failures and aborted before even being born. They were sealed away for 150 years and never lived a day of their life outside of being sealed. My point is, this arc is Choso fighting for the very first time since his birth. Which makes him MUCH more impressive imo, kinda like Mahito, it makes you wonder what his full potential would be if his baby steps are a group fight against Satoru Gojo lmao. They also kinda censored Chosos attack, in the manga that blood beam cut cleanly through all the humans inbetween him and Gojo.

About Gojo appearing overconfident, while that is his personality there is a reason. He doesn't know Geto is alive as you said, and he doesn't know what their plan is at all. At this point it's reasonable to assume they're trying to kill him, so he's trying to exorcise them while saving as many people as possible. He doesn't realize they're stalling him and that ending this as soon as possible, even if you have to sacrifice everyone there, is his best choice.

Just a quick reminder: There are 3 major clans: Gojo, Zenin, and Kamo. The blood manipulation technique was Kamo clan's hereditary technique (the third year Kamo Noritoshi from Kyoto / There is another comment reminding a guy with the same name from 150 years ago from ss1, yes, that's important to notice too). Zenin has Toji, Maki, Mai, Fushiguro (blood-related), Naobito (the old man with Maki and Nobara last episode, also the head of the clan). There was a little mention of smaller clans like Inumaki clan with Cursed speech in movie 0 but the clan disbanded long ago, Inumaki was the first in a while to appear to have Cursed speech again. Edit: Oh and the people in suits are Assistant Supervisors, their job is to help with communication while sorcerers are in action, they're not sorcerers but can see curses.

2:28 that's Choso!! Remember the 2 curses that Yuuji and Nobara defeat at the last episode of S1? Choso is their big brother, the 3 of them (with other 6) are the curse womb: death painting. There was a little explanation back in S1, saying that the evilest sorcerer that existed, Kamo Noritoshi, impregnated a woman with a curse's seed mixed with his blood, but the woman had 9 abortions, those 9 are all curse objects now and Mahito "revive" 3 of them. This info was already displayed but we all forget about it on first watch, but its important to remember.

To clarify about Domain Amplification: The user expands their domain thinly over their entire body like a cloak, but without imbuing their technique in it, making it an empty domain. The manga describes the way it works like water, but i think its more useful to think about it like a "sponge" that absorbs and neutralizes any technique that it comes in contact with.

Domain Amplification(DA) is basically an anti-Domain Technique(not to be confused with anti-Domain Expansion Technique) that neutralizes an Innate Cursed Technique. A “Domain” (D) is your Inner World like in Bleach (honestly, this is the most simple explanation I can give for what a “Domain” is) Every sorcerer & Curse has their own unique Domain, except for people with Inherited Cursed Techniques like Limitless & the Ten Shadows Technique. Domain Expansion(DE) is basically when you bring your Inner World into reality THROUGH your Cursed Technique, hence Expansion. We don’t know who created Domain Amplification, it’s never stated. Though it’s hinted, through Gojo, that DA was created by a sorcerer/Curse User. We’ve never seen any sorcerers/Curse Users use Domain Amplification, only Special Grade Curses are shown using it. PRESUMABLY, sorcerers can use DA, but if sorcerers could use DA then the Gojo Clan’s Limitless Technique wouldn’t be as renowned as it is, because the Zen’in Clan would just spam DA(because they hate the Gojo Clan & the Gojo Clan hates them ). So something is NOT adding up. this is the best explanation you will get on Domain Amplification, Domain, & Domain Expansion, honestly. If anyone can provide a more succinct explanation of DA, D, & DE, please, be my guest.

If I remember correctly in the manga it cut back and forth between the grasshopper fight/Yuji and Mei Mei & the Gojo vs special grade curses fight. Personally I'm glad they're changing it up, & we get the full Gojo fight uninterrupted next episode instead of having it split over the course of 2 eps.

The blood manipulation guy already appeared at the last few episodes of s1 before..we only got a very little scenes of him..he is the elder brother to the two siblings curses that Yuji and Nobara fought together remember... You guys will love him for sure!!!! And Gojo will be a maniac right after this.. can't to see yall reaction for the next episode.. it's gonna a redemption for the quite-boring grasshopper scene...
