shin's voice actor is most notably known for voicing mahito in jjk! weird verse to verse choice but i've found to love his voice in this role. the ever so talented tanjiro/okarun/falco/beam's v/a will make his appearance in this show soon :)

As a manga reader I'm not really all that disappointed. The animation feels fine, there are moments where its like okay that seemed lazy but I mean every show will have that. They compare it to jjk yet even jjk had moments like that. The adaption is going pretty smooth I'd say. Plus im sure the budget is being saved for the later fights because man..

same here. I just hope that when it comes to the more bad-ass battles animation would get crisp like in Shangri-La Frontier. I especially love tha manga's shadowing. I know this season probably won't cover this, but man I'd lose my shit to the adaptation of the Kanaguri theater fight.

13:33 answering to this dudes question, the main story already started right when someone put bounty on Sakamoto's head, we will know who put that bounty in season 2 and why in season 3 anyway there is a lot of interesting things and plot twists going on during whole Sakamoto Days story along with this part of a plot. People who keep saying there is no story in Sakamoto days probably don't know how to read cause there is interesting and well written story

So far the main plot is just Sakamoto having a bounty on him & trying to survive the hitmen after him. I’ve heard there will be more plot stuff later down the line though. I keep seeing manga fans hype it up. *WARNING:* 2 chapters were basically skipped in this episode. This episode basically adapts the first 3 pages & flashbacks of chapter 2 & chapter 4. The main story of chapter of chapter 2 & chapter 3 in general got skipped. I’m guessing due to the show crew wanting to introduce the main cast as soon as possible & the 3rd chapter setting up something not really amounting to much at the moment. Yeah, some of you guys are definitely trying too hard to think of super dark theories for this series. Take it easy, this ain’t no AOT. Yeah, the fandom had a hard time being impressed by the animation shown in the trailers. It wasn’t until the episodes came out where that commotion calmed down. Honestly I get Aoi resorting to jumping off the ledge. Sakamoto’s old job was literally killing people for cash.

They're not that important to the plot. They moved the ch2 flashback to this episode. And the reveal in ch3 can be saved for the fight in Episode 4 to make it more hype for anime onlies
