Helpful for those with ADHD and trouble focusing
Enjoy 4 rounds of productivity with 25 minutes dedicated to having focus followed by a 5 minute break (pomodoro technique). If you complete the entire video then you will have done 100 minutes worth of productivity. While listening to the white noise during the 25 minutes put away your phone, toys, and any other distractions. Really try to focus in during that time. When the timer is done spend the next 5 minutes doing whatever you want. Whether that is a bathroom break, checking your phone, etc. go enjoy it and do not do any extra work. By completing this entire video you will see how much better you are able to be productive with you time by incorporating smaller breaks during larger chunks for productivity. I hope this helps!

I haven't tried it out yet personally but I know couple of my friends who swear by it. Sometimes the white noise sounds can get to be monotonous so Im def going to try to make a video on lofi hip hop soon stay tuned!

Hi Syedda thanks so much for your feedback! It is difficult for me to guage things because lot of people have said they liked it because it told them when the break was starting and then that the break was ending. I placed them at times immediately when break begins and 1 min before the break ends. I might just make some videos with no ads so those who find them distracting can have something to use. Honestly, my only goal is to help people get their work done as efficiently as possible because I've struggled so much with staying focused in my studies and Pomodoro has helped tremendously.
