It does because before I got the sealant place my tooth wasn’t black there as soon as the sealant broke off underneath it was black now I have to keep getting it because when it breaks it breaks your teeth off

If my patient has sealants placed in 2019 when are they due again?

Good question! I would say when they chip or fall off. Often if they fall off, we dont bother re-placing them as they could fall off again. I much prefer silver diamine fluoride
