Instead of typing, you could add the Uworld explanation you need into a flashcard (select text - right-click - put in flashcard) and then copy-paste into Anki.

Hi May! I'm getting around 70% on uworld....Would you say that an accurate reflection of the actual exam? I'm a little discouraged :( and been trying to improve my score and kinda stuck.

Don’t worry about the UWorld percentages! It’s definitely not expected to get in the 90% for UWorld (I pretty much never did). Your percentage also may highly depend on the number of questions you’re doing at a time. The point is, focus on learning and gauge your preparation from AAMC material.
